3. Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates provided by Amazing Air Solutions are good-faith representations of expected cost based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service that were not evident during the initial assessment. We will always communicate any scope changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates. Actual arrival times may vary due to prior job complexity, traffic, or emergency calls. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee at our discretion.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

All repair work is warranted for 30 days on labor. Equipment and parts warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms and vary by product. Installation work is warranted per the terms communicated in your service agreement. We stand behind every job — if you have a concern after service, call us and we will make it right.

6. Access to Property

By scheduling service, you represent that you have the legal authority to permit Amazing Air Solutions technicians to access the property at the scheduled time. An adult (18+) must be present during all service visits. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access to equipment or areas required to complete the job.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Air Solutions is not liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or failures unrelated to the work we performed. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
